In the spirit of #VolunteerTitle1 Charlotte TEEN would like to recognize Garinger c/o 2001 for their innovative way to raise funds for their Alma Mater. Check out their awesomeness below:

The Garinger High School Class of 2001 presents: “Kickin’ for a Cause” GHS Alumni Kickball Tournament
Help raise funds for GHS student scholarships and the musical/marching band, which was recently hit with serious and unforeseen, financial hardship.
Garinger High School class of 2001 Wildcats, partnered with the Garinger Education Foundation (a 501c3 non profit organization) and other alumni will host a Charity Kickball Tournament to raise funds for Garinger High School:
When: Saturday, October 15th at 11:00AM – 1PM (Refreshments will be provided)
Where: Aldersgate Field, near GHS (3800 Shamrock Dr, Charlotte, NC 28215)
Sign-up Costs: $200 for teams (up to 15 people) OR $20 for individuals
*Checks/Payments/Donations: should be made out to the Garinger Education Foundation (a 501c3 nonprofit) or at GHSkickball.eventbrite.com

About the Garinger Education Foundation: The Garinger Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has provided more than $140,000 in scholarships to GHS students in just three years and more than 80 scholarships this school year alone. The group provides resources to improve the educational environment at Garinger High School.
