MLK Teen Summit Featuring Diggy Simmons Attracts Hundreds of Charlotte TEENS

MLK Day has always served as a great reason for Teens from all walks of life to participate in and give back to their community. And, the "Dream Like A King" Annual Teen Summit hosted by The McCrorey YMCA's Leaders Team, was no different!

This years summit featured, none other than Diggy Simmons! The event kicked off with a Teen Musical Showcase, and was followed up with a Townhall style session led by WPEG's Ms. Jessica, "The Girl Next Door" and Diggy Simmons. Teens were also allowed the opportunity to have a "Teens Only" session with Diggy Simmons to discuss their personal dreams and community issues that concern them!

Teens also had the opportunity to visit a resource fair, kick it to the sounds of WPEG's, DJ Tab D'Biasi and get a FREE lunch from Chic-Fila!

There's no doubt this event was a great success!
