Who knew there was a National TEEN Day!?!?! Each year National TEEN Day falls on March 21st, but only a few people even know about it!
Today's teenager is innovative, trainable and the one of the largest spender in the US economy. Through technology, teens have the world at their hands and yet in 2016, teenagers in Charlotte accounted for over 4,000 arrested citizens.
This alone shows that our Teens are inundated with many challenges and pressures that are unlike any other era in our City's history. So what better time to celebrate the good in our teens then today, National TEEN Day!
Although there are not any City wide events planned for this holiday, we encourage you to take sometime to celebrate the teens in your life! It can be as simple as a trip to the movies, family dinner or a fun outing like skating or a local jump park!
